OverSeer PMS v 1.2  Shareware Edition

Read this first!!

Before running OverSeer PMS, read the information below and 
see the Getting Started.

THE DEFAULT PASSWORD IS SENTRY.

To install: Using the File/Run menu in Progrman Manager, Select
Install.exe from your diskette.

To manually install OverSeer, Create a directory of your choice
and copy OverSeer.exe, PMS.hlp, OverSeer.dll, OverSeer.wri and 
OverSeer.txt to it. Copy Ctl3d.dll to your windows\system directory.

Additional help is only available from within the program.  See the
on-line help file for more information.  To order see registration and
order form in the on-line help file. Registration is also available
